Q
Why do my orthotics squeak and how can I stop it?

A
An Orthotic squeak is caused by friction between the shoe and the bottom of the orthotic. It can be noticed from the beginning or it can come on after time. Sometimes wear worsens it or makes it better. If you get them wet, it will worsen the noise.

The solution is simple... Baby powder!  Place a little between the shoe and orthotic and notice what you hear.   Nothing...the squeaking will be gone!
