If you have good sensation in your feet and no other foot problems in your medical history, wearing shoes that do not irritate the areas of calluses and using creams and emery boards/pumice stones on calluses can sometimes offer relief.  Bigger shoes or shoes with a softer insole can help decrease pain from calluses.
