I love that cup of coffee in the morning - just the aroma makes me happy and is essential to my morning routine.  However, should I drink that cup of Joe before, or after my run?  According to latest research, having a cup of coffee before you run actually helps you burn calories more efficient.  Just how much coffee, you ask?  Aim for 3 mg per kg of weight, or for a 150 lb female, about a 16 oz. cup.  So go ahead and enjoy before your run - you can always have another after your cooldown!
