Q What are those black dots on my wart?
The tiny little black dots you might notice on your wart are actually the ends of tiny capillaries (blood vessels). A wart is a virus that presents on the skin and when the wart presents, it has a funny way of encouraging your body to generate more blood vessels to feed itself so that it can survive and thrive. These tiny blood vessels are what may sometimes bleed when the callus over the wart is scraped down.
