Q
What can the doctors at PPFAC do to help my heel pain go away?

A

While many people come to us having stretched, iced and maybe attempted an over the counter insert, their pain still isn't resolved.  These are great first steps and if you get better with them, frankly, you don't need us!  But if the pain persists the following are some of the treatments that we can use to help you get better-

1-Proper stretching technique

2-Rest straps or KT taping

3- Deep tissue massage

4-Prescription anti-inflammatories

5-Quality over the counter inserts (we love Powersteps!)

6-Semi Custom inserts

7-Custom made orthotics....some foot types just need this.

8-Cortisone injections for those difficult cases

9-EPAT

10-Physical Therapy

11-Night Splints

Most of our patients are at least 60% improved within 2-3 weeks! If you aren't making any progress at home, or with Dr. Google, call us today and make an appointment.  Don't wait another day in pain!
