Does being overweight effect my feet?

A

As weight increases, the forces on our feet also increase.  Therefore, wear and tear of joints and tendons can happen at a quicker rate.  In addition, foot conditions requiring rest typically take longer to improve.  If you are trying to lose weight, cycling and swimming are great to reduce impact and risk of injury.
